As part of its “Eastern and Southern Opening” policy, the Hungarian government introduced the Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship Program in 2013. The scholarship program is managed by Tempus Public Foundation. The program’s primary goals are to expand the number of international students studying in Hungary and to encourage top international students to enroll in Hungarian higher education institutions. 68 sending partners are now active participants in the program. The Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship helps hundreds of international students enroll at our university each year. During your studies, the program will pay for your tuition, housing, living expenses, and health insurance. Eligibility Criteria:

• All Non-Hungarian citizens and International Students are eligible to apply.
• A Candidate must be fit both physically and mentally.
• A Candidate must have 12 years school certificate to apply for Bachelors’s Degree Program.
• To apply for a Master’s Degree, applicants must have a bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree certificate for the doctoral degree.

Application materials must be submitted online at the Tempus Public Foundation website. At the time of system registration, kindly supply your basic personal information. Please enter your citizenship information truthfully so that you can browse the study programs that are offered in accordance with the bilateral agreement with your country of residency. You can access the application by entering your exclusive applicant access code. Choose the academic program you want to enroll in at the University of PECS. By July 15 at the latest, it is anticipated that successful applicants will receive their Letter of Admission and Letter of Award, enabling them to begin planning their trip to PECS.
